The Mint Signs Sponsorship Agreement with Pink Polar Bear Foundation: Supporting Arctic Conservation in Greenland
The Mint, the luxury precious metals and digital asset company known for combining innovation, sustainability, and value creation, today announced a new sponsorship partnership with the Pink Polar Bear Foundation in Greenland. Under the agreement, The Mint will contribute a percentage of its sales to support the foundation’s environmental and wildlife conservation initiatives focused on protecting polar bear habitats and raising awareness about climate change in the Arctic region.
The partnership reflects The Mint’s growing commitment to social responsibility and sustainable impact through its global business activities.
“We believe successful businesses have a responsibility to contribute to the preservation of our planet,” said The Mint CEO Dag Tore Aam in Oslo. “The work being done by the Pink Polar Bear Foundation is both inspiring and urgently important. By dedicating a portion of our sales to their mission, we hope to help create lasting environmental impact while encouraging our community and customers to participate in meaningful change.”
“We are honored to partner with The Mint,” said Ulrik Hartmann, board member of the Pink Polar Bear Foundation and one of the initiators of the foundation. “This collaboration provides valuable financial support for our conservation efforts and also helps amplify awareness of the environmental challenges facing polar bears and Arctic ecosystems. Partnerships like this demonstrate how the private sector can play an important role in protecting vulnerable habitats for future generations.”
Through the sponsorship agreement, a percentage of qualifying sales generated by The Mint will be directed toward the foundation’s conservation programs, educational campaigns, and ongoing research support initiatives in Greenland.
The Mint stated that the initiative marks the beginning of a broader sustainability strategy that will include future partnerships focused on environmental stewardship, ethical sourcing, and social impact.

New Sponsorship: "Tasiilaq Eats Healthy"
January 2026 - The PinkPolarBear Foundation is proud to announce its sponsorship of a new collaborative initiative in Tasiilaq, where the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Siu-Tsiu, and several local partners are joining forces to develop a cookbook focusing on sustainable food production and healthier eating habits. The partnership with WWF supports the foundation’s vision of backing local projects that benefit Greenlandic communities.
The project aims to combine sustainable food production, education, and local engagement in Tasiilaq. Through collaboration with chefs and local partners, the initiative will create a cookbook that inspires the use of locally grown vegetables from Siu-Tsiu’s garden. At the same time, the project will educate young people in sustainable food production, cooking, and entrepreneurship.
